A wedding favor should fit the way you want to thank your guests. Decide who will receive one, where you will place it and how guests will carry it home. Those choices make it easier to compare a personalized bottle opener magnet with other favor ideas and to keep the order within your budget.
Start with the guest experience
At a place setting, the favor becomes part of the table. In a welcome bag, it sits alongside travel information or a thank-you note. Near a bar or drinks station, guests can recognize the opener function. Choose a placement that suits the audience; a bottle opener is intended as a useful household item, not a child's toy.
Think about guests who are traveling. A compact keepsake may be convenient, but any larger gift bundle still needs enough room in luggage. If you are sending favors to guests who cannot attend, plan their outer packaging and postage separately.
Choose a design with a clear focus
Use one or two details from the wedding, such as a floral motif, coastal colors or a simple monogram style. The favor does not need to repeat every part of the invitation suite. Names and date should remain easy to find within the artwork.
Check the product's listed size while comparing designs in the gallery. A long family name or several lines of wording need more room than a short pair of names. Keep extra messages concise, and ask before ordering if your intended wording does not fit the available fields or layout.
Choose the MG design number and enter the wording
Magnetica's event product galleries include numbered design options for the relevant shape. Find the design you want and enter its MG number, such as MG #13, in the Choose your design field. The number identifies your chosen artwork; do not assume that opening a product page replaces this step.
Enter the names or personalization text and the event date exactly as they should print. Check punctuation, capitalization and date format. For example, a spelled-out month can make a numeric date clearer for guests from countries that use a different day/month order.
Event orders do not include a digital proof. Review the MG code and wording before checkout. Magnetica contacts you if essential information is missing or unclear; that is different from a routine proof-approval stage.
Count the people or households you intend to thank
Choose whether to give one favor to each guest, each couple or each household before calculating the quantity. Check that decision against the seating plan and how the favors will be distributed.
For example, 120 individual handoffs plus five spares means 125 favors. If you choose one per household, count the households on your list instead of dividing the guest count by two. Some guests attend alone and some households include more than two people.
Magnetica event orders start at 20 pieces of one design with the same personalization. If you want more than one design or different wording across the order, ask about the project before checkout. Keep a few spare pieces for late additions or family keepsakes; a later reprint is a new order.
Compare the full cost and presentation
Use the current opener price shown on the product page, then add any presentation options and shipping. A printed background card creates a larger backdrop at the table. A clear bag keeps the components together for handling. Neither is included by default, and each selected add-on must match the opener quantity.
For a simple welcome bag that already contains a thank-you note, the opener alone may be enough. A place-setting display may work better with a card. Compare the options in the presentation guide before ordering extra components.
Work backward from the event handoff
Event production normally takes 3-5 business days after complete personalization details. Carrier transit is additional; check the estimate for your destination at checkout. Include time to inspect the delivery and prepare the favors, especially if a planner or venue needs them before the wedding day.
Before checkout, verify the MG design number, names and date, then check quantities, add-ons and the shipping address. If the order has a tight deadline, ask about the timing before relying on an arrival date.
