These Terms of Service govern your use of magneticafavors.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Privacy policy, which form part of this agreement.
Who we are
Magnetica Favors sells personalized bottle opener magnets for events and custom logo bottle opener magnets for businesses. Products are made and dispatched from Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@magneticafavors.com or through our contact page.
Products and minimum quantities
Event favor designs have a minimum of 20 pieces per design. Custom logo products for business have a minimum of 100 pieces per design. Optional add-ons, a printed background card and a clear presentation bag, are ordered in the same quantity as the openers.
Every item is made to order after your order is placed. We hold no finished personalized stock.
Product photographs and catalog images show the artwork and shape. Screen colors vary between devices, and printed color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when we begin production or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. We may decline an order, including where the personalization requested is unlawful, infringes a third party's rights, or cannot be produced at the size or quality required.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and the destination. Prices may change at any time before you place an order; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
The checkout total does not include customs duties or import taxes. Those are set by your country and are paid by the recipient. See our Shipping policy.
Personalization you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter: names, spelling, dates, date format, wording, and the design code you select. We print what you submit. Errors in the details you provide are not production defects and are not covered by our Refund policy.
Event orders do not include a digital proof. Your submitted details are reviewed before production and we contact you only if essential information is missing or unclear. Check your wording carefully before checkout.
Business orders and proofs
For business orders, you send your artwork after checkout. We prepare a digital proof, and production begins only after you approve it in writing. Once you approve a proof, that proof defines what we produce.
The time you take to send artwork and to approve the proof is not counted in our production estimate.
Artwork you supply
By sending us a logo, image, text, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You grant us permission to reproduce that material only for the purpose of producing your order.
You agree to hold Magnetica Favors harmless from any claim arising from material you supplied. We may decline to print material we believe infringes a third party's rights or is unlawful, and we may cancel and refund an order on that basis.
Production and delivery times
Event favor production normally takes 5–10 business days after complete personalization information is received. Business order production normally takes 7–15 business days after written proof approval. These are estimates for production only. Carrier transit and customs clearance are separate and outside our control.
Delivery, title, and risk
Title and risk in the goods pass to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you provided. You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is refused at customs, or returned because import charges were not paid, the order is treated as a cancellation by you; because personalized made-to-order goods cannot be resold, shipping costs are not refunded.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once personalized production has started, a change or cancellation may not be possible.
Returns and defects
Personalized made-to-order goods are not returnable. If a print-quality defect is confirmed, the affected quantity is reproduced at no charge. Our Refund policy sets out how to report an issue and the time limits that apply.
Our intellectual property
The Magnetica Favors name, the site, its text, photographs, and the designs in our catalog belong to Magnetica Favors or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the underlying design.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract its content by automated means for a competing commercial purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss arising from an event proceeding without the goods.
Because these items are made to order for a dated event, please order with enough time for both production and transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and how it is handled. California residents can use Your Privacy Choices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
