For a reception display, check how many pieces fit without piling them on top of one another. Decide who will refill the tray and whether each guest, couple or household should take one. A small sign can explain the handoff without adding a separate card to every favor.
Add a background card for a larger presentation
A printed background card gives the opener a backdrop and makes the set easier to position on a table. Use the product gallery to compare the card with the opener alone, including the space the full presentation will occupy beside a plate or place card.
Check the dimensions for the chosen shape before buying boxes or other holders. The card is a separate add-on, so its dimensions should not be confused with the size of the opener. If you need wording beyond the selected layout, ask about it before ordering.
Add a clear bag to keep the components together
A clear bag can keep the opener and card together while the favors pass between storage, transport and event setup. This can help when a coordinator is placing the sets or when they are going inside larger welcome bags.
The presentation bag is not a postal mailer. A set sent through the mail still needs an outer package suited to its weight and shape. Packing several favors for a venue also requires a box that keeps the contents from shifting.
Use the event plan to choose a combination
- A favor handed to each guest at the door may need only the opener if a separate thank-you note is already in the welcome bag.
- A favor used as part of a place setting may benefit from the background card, which creates a larger printed area on the table.
- A set prepared in advance and handed to a coordinator may be easier to count and distribute with both the card and clear bag.
Allow space for the completed sets in your transport boxes. If you are assembling other gifts around them, check one full arrangement before purchasing packaging for the entire event.
Match add-on quantities to the openers
Cards and bags are separately priced options on the product page. Their quantities must match the number of associated opener magnets. For example, an order of 60 openers with a card and a bag needs 60 cards and 60 bags. An opener-only order does not need either extra.
Review those quantities after changing the opener count in the cart. Event orders start at 20 pieces of one design with the same personalization; business logo orders start at 100 pieces of one artwork. Presentation choices do not change those minimums.
