Background Cards, Clear Bags, or Opener Only?

Personalized bottle opener magnet shown with event presentation artwork

Presentation changes how a personalized bottle opener favor arrives at the table, in a welcome bag, or through the mail. The opener is the main product. A background card and clear plastic bag are optional add-ons that can help with messaging, protection, or placement.

Choose opener only for a clean handoff

An opener-only presentation works well in bowls, small trays, welcome bags, and informal displays. It keeps the product visible and reduces packaging. This approach is useful when another printed piece already carries the thank-you message or event schedule.

Add a background card for context

A card gives the favor a larger visual footprint and provides room for a short thank-you line or supporting design. It can help place the opener neatly at each setting and may make small products easier to handle during setup.

Background cards cost $1 per piece. The card quantity must match the number of opener magnets in the same order.

Add a clear bag for protection

A clear plastic bag helps prevent surface rubbing during transport and keeps each set together before placement. It is particularly useful when favors are packed into welcome bags, shipped to a coordinator, or handled in multiple setup stages.

Clear bags cost $0.50 per piece. Their quantity must also match the opener quantity.

Use both when the event requires individual sets

A background card inside a clear bag creates a self-contained presentation. This can simplify distribution and keep the printed components together. It also adds packing volume, so consider box size, transport, storage, and setup labor before choosing it for a large event.

Keep quantities synchronized

The storefront cart keeps selected add-on quantities equal to the associated main product. If the opener quantity changes, review the card and bag quantities before checkout. Each add-on is intended for use with a qualifying opener-magnet order and is hidden from normal search and collection browsing.

Make the decision from the event plan

Ask where the favors will be assembled, how far they will travel, who will place them, and whether another printed item already carries the message. The simplest presentation that meets those needs is usually the right choice.
