How long does an event order take?
Production takes 5–10 business days after complete personalization information is received. Carrier transit is separate and is calculated at checkout.
Will I see a business proof?
Yes. Business production begins only after written proof approval, and normally takes 7–15 business days from that approval.
What if there is a print-quality issue?
Report it within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photos.
