Artwork and proof workflow

1. Place an order for 100 or more pieces.
2. Reply to the order email with the logo, colors, wording, and contact details.
3. Review the digital proof and request corrections if needed.
4. Approve the final proof in writing. Production starts after approval.

Artwork files

Vector PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS artwork is preferred. A high-resolution PNG may also work. Files that are too small or unclear are flagged before the proof is prepared.

The photographs will show sample artwork. Your logo, colors and wording replace it after checkout, and nothing is printed until you approve the digital proof in writing.

Production and delivery

Production normally takes 7–15 business days after the digital proof is approved in writing. The time you take to send artwork and approve the proof is not counted in that window. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the total weight of the order and the destination; carrier transit is separate from production.

Personalized made-to-order goods are not returnable. If a print-quality defect is confirmed, the affected quantity is reproduced at no charge.
